Pine Plains Estates is a new subdivision located along the Route 91 “Knowledge Corridor” on 84 acres of wooded land in the Eastern plains of Whately, Massachusetts. The location is off Long Plain Road, which runs parallel with the Connecticut River, 1.5 miles to its West and a .5 mile north of the town of Hatfield line.
